Guests can expect a minimum of 4 contact hours a day, including yoga practice and educational workshops such as nutrition, anatomy, stress management and meditation. LHR teaches clients how to deepen their yoga practice and guests will learn strategic anatomic tools including isometric actions, co-contraction, and PNF (Propriceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) for taking the body further.

The LHR Balanced Yoga Retreat is an all-inclusive 4 night-5 day retreat. The base price of a standard shared room is $1560 USD per person. If a guest prefers a private room, the rate is $1755 USD for the week. LHR packages include all taxes, meals, LHR coaching fees, LHR workbooks and training materials, and round trip airport transfers. Some yoga equipment may also be included but this varies from property to property. LHR additionally offers post retreat coaching options (for a nominal fee) for those committed to building a deeper connection to yoga when they return home.
